To better serve our clients, in March 2017, we expanded our market reach to include Brantford. Not only are we full members of the Real Estate Association of Hamilton-Burlington, but we are also full members of the Brantford Real Estate Board. Being a member of the Brantford board means we are members of the Ontario Regional Technology & Information Service (ORTIS) which is a data sharing group of 9 Real Estate Boards (Brantford, Oakville, Barrie, Niagara, St. Catherines, Simcoe, Guelph, Kitchener and Cambridge).
What does this mean to our clients?
When we list your property it is listed on 10 Real Estate Boards which makes for wider exposure of your property to potential buyers.
When we work with a Buyer, especially a Buyer who is moving to another location, we also have access to all of these Real Estate Boards which will allow you to see information in several areas in one simple email.
We chose to work out of Brantford because of its proximity to Hamilton, and also because it is an affordable, developing area that is steadily becoming desirable to many young families and empty nesters moving from Hamilton.
