Monday’s Wake-Up Smoothie!
I found this recipe online, it’s so good, definitely worth a try. I actually added a little bit of vanilla to mine, I love the taste! Smoothie’s are a great way to crunch a whole bunch of essential nutrients into your body in a single serving.
This recipe actually has listed it’s nutritional information too, it contains about 260 calories, 3 grams of fiber and 275 mg of calcium per 1.25 cups of mixture. Simple ingredients too, just chilled coffee, coffee flavoured frozen yogurt (greek or regular yogurt would work too), ice, almond milk, ground flax seed and cinnamon.
